Humane Labs Heist
Dive into Humane Labs, cut the grill, steal the chemical and load it at the exit.
The fifth heist. Dex on Cayo Perico wants a chemical from Humane Labs. Pay: $60,000 dirty money for the whole crew, split between them, plus 1 to 5 gold and 1 to 5 diamonds.
How it works
Get the wetsuit
Buy a wetsuit from Dex (Buy tools, $4,000) and bring a gun for the guards. Take the job.
Cut the grill underwater
Use the wetsuit from your inventory and swim to the grill marker east of the lab. Move the torch with the mouse onto every green light to cut it.
Steal the chemical
Swim through the tunnel, take the elevator up, get past the guards and walk onto the chemical marker.
Load it and get paid
Carry it to the container marker at the lab exit. Then go back to Dex and press E Take your reward. This finishes the heist and unlocks the Train Heist.

Setup
- Police: 4 players with the police job (
/setjob <other id> police 0). - Unlock Humane Labs:
/heistunlock <your id> humanelabs. - Gear:
/giveitem me wetsuit 1, a gun for the guards:/giveitem me WEAPON_CARBINERIFLE 1,/giveitem me ammo-rifle 120.
Stage 1 — Take the job
- Teleport to Dex on Cayo Perico:
/tp 5173.34 -4591.10 3.75. Press E, Take the job. The card shows the grill marker.
Stage 2 — Cut the grill (underwater)
- Use the
wetsuitfrom your inventory (600 seconds of air). - Go to the grill: 3832.90, 3665.74, -24.00 (
/tp 3832.90 3665.74 -24.00). Wait until at least 90 seconds have passed since you took the job — the server refuses a faster run. - Start cutting and move the torch onto every green light: mouse wheel up/down, left/right mouse buttons.
Stage 3 — Into the lab
- Swim through the tunnel. At the elevator (3540.54, 3675.56, 19.99) press E: you come out upstairs at 3540.49, 3675.52, 27.13.
- Get past the guards and walk onto the chemical marker: 3558.75, 3669.71, 28.12. You now carry the chemical (at least 30 seconds after the grill cut).
Stage 4 — Load it
- Carry it to the container at the lab exit: 3638.33, 3771.81, 28.93 and walk up to it (at least 15 seconds after taking it).
Stage 5 — Payout
- Go back to Dex:
/tp 5173.34 -4591.10 3.75. Press E Take your reward.
Result: $60,000 dirty money split across the crew, plus 1–5 gold and 1–5 diamond each. Taking the reward unlocks the Train Heist.
If it doesn't work: teleporting through faster than the minimum times (90 s, 30 s, 15 s) is refused — wait and try the step again. Fewer than 4 police blocks the start; cooldown 60 minutes.
