Black Market
A hidden dealer who sells guns, ammo, an attachment and handcuffs for dirty money from a tablet.
One hidden dealer hands the player a tablet with guns, ammo boxes, an attachment and handcuffs, paid with dirty money. Nobody sees him on the map until their character has found him once.
How it works
Find the dealer
When your character walks near him for the first time, he is saved on your map ("You found the black market").
Open the tablet
Walk up to him and press E. Pick Weapons, Ammo, Attachments or Other.
Fill the basket and pay
Add items to the basket, press the pay button, then press it again to confirm. Ammo is sold in boxes of 20 or 30 rounds. The tablet closes if you walk away.

Setup
- Dirty money:
/giveaccountmoney me black_money 25000. Use a character that has not found the black market yet. No job or licence is needed.
Stage 1 — Find the dealer
- Teleport to the dealer:
/tp 1712.54 -1693.92 112.45. Within 8 m you see "You found the black market. It is marked on your map now." and the briefcase icon appears on your map.
Stage 2 — Open the tablet
- Walk up to him; at 3 m you see "[E] Talk to the dealer". Press E. The tablet opens with your dirty money at the top.
Stage 3 — Buy
- In Other, add Handcuffs ($1,500). In Ammo, add 1 box of 9mm ($160, 20 rounds).
- Press the pay button: it changes to "Confirm $1,660". Press it again within 5 seconds.
Result: $1,660 dirty money is taken; you get 1 handcuffs and 20 ammo-9. A gun (for example WEAPON_762AR, $19,250) works the same way.
If it doesn't work: you must stand within 4 m of the dealer. "Not enough dirty money" means you paid with the wrong account — the black market takes black_money only. Walking away closes the tablet.
